We'd spent years inside the training industry — watching from the inside as businesses across Australia handed over their hard-earned budgets for programs that were outdated before they were even delivered.

How can we measure ROI from training?+
Every MTA program starts with defined outcomes — productivity targets, behaviours to shift, metrics to move. At the end of each engagement we benchmark against those outcomes and produce a plain-English results report. If we can't measure it, we don't promise it.
Will your training work for our specific team's challenges?+
That's the starting point. Before we build anything, we run a DNA Audit — a structured discovery process to understand your team's exact friction points, your industry context, and the outcomes that matter most. Every program is built from scratch off that brief. Generic content never enters the equation.
How do you ensure training changes how people work?+
Every session ends with named Monday Morning Actions — specific behaviours each participant commits to applying in the next 5 working days. Coaches follow up post-session. Biannual program reviews check what shifted and what's next. We track behaviour change, not attendance.
What's the difference between your coaches and typical providers?+
Typical providers send a trainer who delivers their script and moves on.
